A very intense and extremely eventful year has come to an end. We would have never thought that our country would change so much in only twelve month, that war and fear of war, refugees, soldiers, people with wounded bodies and souls would become part of our every day life.
What a joy! Yesterday we unloaded 12 tons of humanitarian aid, which hopefully will soon find their way to the poor and needy in Odessa and in other parts of Ukraine.
Only one more night and this summer 2014 will be history. On Monday, the first of September, our children will start the new school year. Nevertheless this year everything is different.
